The easiest habit for me is to teach and/or mentor others. I have often had to learn new skills because others wanted to know how to do something. Your own toolbox starts to fill as you
learn a variety of new things to help others.
One of the hardest goes both ways... if that makes any sense. "#3. View problems as a challenge." Sometimes, number 3 is the easiest and sometimes it is the hardest. I hate to give up once I've started a project. My problem is I sometimes have a hard time getting started!! Maybe I need #4 : Have confidence in yourself as a competent, effective learner. Using the toolbox you have accumulated over the years AND adding to its contents helps build that level of confidence. If you stop adding items, you start to stagnate and stop being successful lifelong learners. The list of beliefs is really what it is all about.
